Please note that we test all the items before shipping. We also pack our items with great care so that they arrive in perfect condition. However, in a rare case, if you receive a damaged or defective item we will collect and replace it at our cost.
Please inform us within two days of the receipt of a defective item by sending an email to help@tablasitar.com along with the details of the defects and photographs. We will also ask to file a report with the courier company so that we can claim insurance.

Sorry, No Returns (yet!): All sales are final and we don't offer returns at the moment. We do, however, offer replacements if you receive defective or damaged items.

If you have been charged a customs duty, we will pay you 50% of it please email us a copy of the receipt on help@tablasitar.com within two days and we will pay it back to you.
